THE WATSON RESIDENCE

This residence was designed for the time period of Arts & Crafts with furniture pieces and design ideas brought on by Charles Lambert. Charles Lambert was one of the many designers in the Arts and Crafts Movement. He designed his furniture with well-executed doweled joints, keyed tenons, and spline tabletops. This project was completed by Sketch Up and hand rendering and later used Enscape to show the design.

THE MARTIN RESIDENCE

This residence was designed while focusing on aging in place, sustainability, and the design style of mid-century modern. During this project, I had the responsibility of creating a custom kitchen island and a custom light fixture for the clients. This project was completed by hand drafting the floor plans and drawing the perspectives in Sketch Up and hand rendering them.

STRIVE: PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

In this group project, my group partner and I had the responsibility of designing a community and support space within a permanent supportive housing complex called Strive. We had the responsibility of choosing the demographics for this space and the overall branding of the design. We completed research that informed us on what type of support systems would be best suited for the demographics we chose, we were single mothers with five children or less. This project was completed by using SketchUp and Enscape for the 3-dimensional renderings. This part of the project did not require us to complete construction drawings.

STRIVE: APARTMENTS

This is part two of the Strive Apartments. We had the responsibility of choosing the bedroom size of one, two, or three bedrooms based off the demographics chosen in the previous part to this project, which were single mothers with five children or less. I created a layout for two and three bedroom apartment units that come fully furnished for the individuals in this permanent supportive housing space.
